1. Returns & Exchanges

We aim to deliver your order in perfect condition. However, in rare cases:

  • Damaged Item: If the item is damaged upon arrival (not just the packaging), we’ll replace it free of charge.

  • Damaged Packaging Only: Our premium rose box packaging is offered as a genuine gift from Majestie — you do not pay for it. If the packaging is damaged, we do not offer replacements. However, as a gesture of care, we will provide you with a coupon for your next order. We always ensure you feel valued and never disappointed.

  • Lost Package: If your order is lost and our logistics tracking confirms it, we’ll reship it for free.

  • Exchanges: You may exchange an item. Return shipping is handled by the customer.

You must report any issues within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.

Note: For custom items or earrings (for hygiene reasons), please contact us for case-by-case handling.

2. Shipping & Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 7–15 days, depending on your location

We ship worldwide. Please ensure your address is correct and reachable.

Depending on your country, some additional information may be required for shipping:

  • Brazil: A valid CPF number is required.

  • Mexico: An RFC tax number is required.

  • Norway: A valid tax identification number is required.

Orders may be delayed if this information is missing or incorrect. If you're from one of these countries, please make sure to include the necessary details at checkout or in follow-up communication.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, processing begins immediately and cancellation may not be possible.

4. Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of secure payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, AmEx

  • PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, iDEAL

  • Bank Transfers

  • Cryptocurrency

All currencies are automatically converted to USD at checkout.

5. Taxes & Customs

We do not charge extra taxes or hidden fees. Most countries receive our packages without customs charges, but it's your responsibility to check your country’s import policies.

6. Missing Deliveries

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Wait 5 business days — the issue may resolve due to courier delays.

  • Contact us immediately. If logistics do not confirm delivery, we’ll send you a free replacement.

We may request basic proof like a screenshot or tracking note.

7. Product Guarantee

Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality, water-resistant metal and has passed over 4 years of testing.

Expected durability: 1–2 years with proper care (and often longer).

To maintain your jewelry’s beauty:

  • Avoid contact with perfume, alcohol, lotions, dish soap (e.g., Fairy, Pril), bleach, chlorine, or salt water

  • Remove before intense workouts or swimming

  • Store in a dry, cool space (not in polyvinyl plastic bags)

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth

Despite this, if your item fades or breaks within 6 months under normal use, we’ll replace it free of charge.
